For the French Toast:
1 cup Sir Bananas® Bananamilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp butter for cooking
5 slices of thick cut bread (i.e. challah or Texas toast)

For the Skewers:
5 Slices of French toast, cut into 1 inch squares
9 wooden skewers
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries, cut into quarters


1. Whisk the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and Sir Bananas® Bananamilk into a bowl
2. Heat a large pan on medium high heat
3. Dip the bread in your Bananamilk mixture on both sides and place in pan to cook
4. Cook each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown
5. Cut your French toast into cubes and start making your skewers using the fresh fruit and French toast
6. Serve 3 at a time
