Bananamilk Pancakes

For the dry pancake mix:
4 cups wheat flour
8 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt

For the batter:
2 cups Sir Bananas® Bananamilk
3 cups dry pancake mix
2 eggs


1. Whisk all of the dry pancake ingredients together
2. In a separate bowl combine 2 cups Sir Bananas® Bananamilk, 3 cups dry pancake mix, and 2 eggs
3. Butter a large skillet on medium to high heat
4. Once heated, spoon about three tablespoons of the batter onto the pan and cook each side for two minutes or until the batter starts bubbling and creating a cooked edge
5. Repeat until the batter is all used up, serve up 2 pancakes with your favorite syrup and enjoy!
