For the filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup Sir Bananas® Bananamilk
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cornstarch
Caramel sauce, to drizzle
For the crust:
1 ½ cups graham crackers, ground
6 tbsp butter, melted
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a small bowl whisk together the graham crackers and melted butter, then spoon enough into each slot of a muffin pan to pat down and cover the bottom (about 1 ½ tsp)
3. In the bowl of a standing mixer, whip the cream cheese then slowly add in the egg and the sugar
4. Next add in the Sir Bananas® Bananamilk and the vanilla and lastly the flour and corn starch
5. Spoon cheesecake filling on top of the crust in your muffin pan
6. Place in the oven for 15 minutes
7. Remove from the oven and let cool
8. Serve covered in caramel sauce
